How much does a bail bond cost in Riverside County?
The premium is 10 percent of the total bail amount, set by California law and identical at every licensed company. On a 20,000 dollar bail, the premium is 2,000 dollars. We also offer payment plans for qualified co-signers.
How long until my loved one is released after I post bail?
We post the bond within minutes of finishing the paperwork. Release then depends on the jail's process. Many people are out within a few hours, and busy weekend nights at facilities like the Robert Presley Detention Center can take longer.
What information do you need to start?
The full legal name of the person arrested and the jail or city where they are held. Their date of birth helps. If you do not have everything, we can locate them with a free inmate search and confirm the bail amount.
Can I do this without going to an office?
Yes. Most Riverside County bail bonds are completed entirely by phone and secure e-signature, so you can handle it from home at any hour.

Yes. We post at all five facilities: Robert Presley in Riverside, Cois M. Byrd in Murrieta, John J. Benoit in Indio, Larry D. Smith in Banning, and the Blythe Jail.
Is the premium refundable?
No. The premium is the non refundable fee for posting the full bail. It is not returned even after the case ends. Cash bail paid directly to the court is refundable, but it requires the full amount up front.

A co-signer, or indemnitor, agrees to make sure the released person attends all court dates and follows release conditions. We explain the full agreement before anyone signs.
Can you really do little or no money down?
For qualified co-signers, often yes. The premium itself stays at 10 percent, but we can spread it into a payment plan with little or nothing down to start. Call and we will review your options honestly.
